All our foster families are volunteers and most of us have full time jobs and dogs of our own to care for as well. Everyone needs a little help sometimes and we are no exception.
We often need people who can help transport dogs from our Portland rescue to foster homes in Olympia and other cities in the local area. Occasionally we need someone to drive to California to pick up dogs from high kill shelters in the Central Valley to Portland for placement. Please let us know if you are able to help transport dogs to our rescue or to our foster homes.
It is very helpful if you network our foster animals on your social media. Like us on Facebook and Instagram and share our adoptable dogs with your network of dog lovers.
We appreciate help from photographers who can regularly take great photos of our dogs to help showcase our dogs on Petfinder and social media.
